Serving the Inner-City on Indianapolis East Side

On September 7th, 2014, Messiah Missions donors and partners sponsored the outreach ministry of Neighborhood Fellowship Christian Church with a meal catering close to 200. This is an inner-city outreach that feeds and spiriturally nurtures many of the local needy and life-challenged. While Messiah Missions has previously sponsored other meals at NFCC, this is the first official notice for donors as an act of funding accountablity.

We continue to be blessed working along side Neighborhood Fellowship Christian Church. There are many among them who sacrificially give and share all their lives toward those in the community. The inner-city of Indianapolis, Indiana, is plagued with crime, poverty and many other social problems as are many large metropolitan areas. The Lord uses willing servants as we have witnessed the power of God working in the hearts of these people, in amazing life-changing ways. Not often can you witness a 88 year old person confessing Christ and receiving baptism.

We ask that you join with us in praying for the inner-city community at large but also for this community at Rural and 10th Street in Indianapolis, made up a wide age range of Caucasian, African-American and Hispanic people. Any donations help assist this ongoing work, both globally and regionally. It is our desire to see a spiritual revival that will change the lives of many for Christ.
